Summer Holiday 2006
Our holiday went well , lots of sun, sand and icecream. We rented an apartment which turned out to be really nice, with a lovely pool, although too cold for me.
The region is still relatively undeveloped ( although there is a lot of development going on) and so the beaches were not packed
The waves were quite big the first week but the second week they had calmed down. Tomos loved being spun around by the waves
We visited quite a few places whilst we were here, we visited Gibraltar
Two monkeys paw prints on my back, the real monkey being the person whose hand it is. Tomos was so petrified that Mark couldn't get the camera out to take a photo of the monkey on my back, the only evidence we had were dirty paw prints.
We also went on a Dolphin Safari in to the bay and saw lots of dolphins.
Friday was my Birthday
We went to an adventure park, something like a Safari Park, but when you have seen the real thing out in the wild nothing ever comes up to that standard, had a lovely meal out in the night at the Mexican Grill in the Marina area.
Visited Ronda spectacular scenery on the roads on the way up and when we got there.
Saw many typical spanish areas Casares and Gaucin amazing how the housing clings to the hillside.
as you can see
So I think you can say we had a pretty good holiday, Hope you enjoy the photo's it has been a learning experience for me to do this, may be now we will have this updated a little bit more often.
